1 Scope

The following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order apply exclusively to your orders for goods via wegotyou.ch - provided this does not deprive you of further consumer protection at your place of residence in Switzerland. Any regulations that deviate from these conditions only apply if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

2 Conclusion of contract

1. Our information on goods and prices within each ordering process is subject to change and non-binding. Rather, by placing your order using the “Buy Now” button, you first make a binding purchase offer, which still requires acceptance by us. Only with the acceptance of your order does a purchase contract and a right to delivery and payment of the goods arise. We are not obligated to accept your purchase offer.
2. We will accept your order for goods if and when we confirm the dispatch of the ordered goods.
3. You may not pass on a password required for ordering to third parties. In the event of a transfer, you are also responsible for orders from the third party. You are responsible for any orders placed using your password and any resulting claims.

1. The company wegotyou by Eigenmann grants the customer a voluntary right of withdrawal. The customer is entitled to revoke his declaration of intent to conclude the contract without giving reasons within 7 days of receipt of the goods in text form (e.g. letter, email). This right of withdrawal only applies to unopened items. We reserve the right to refuse revocation for items that have already been opened. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the recipient. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send the cancellation in a timely manner.    The customer bears the burden of proof for returning the goods.
2. In the event of an effective cancellation, we must reimburse you for the payments you have made. You are obliged to return the goods to us and pay us an appropriate fee for their use, including compensation for any associated reduction in the fair value. You can avoid this obligation to compensate for the reduction in value for deterioration caused by the use of the item by not using the item as your own property within the withdrawal period and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Even in the event of intended use, a 100% reduction in value can occur during the withdrawal period.
3. The costs and risk of returning the goods must be borne by you, unless the goods delivered do not correspond to those ordered.
4. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, the period begins when you send your cancellation notice or the delivered goods; for us, it begins when we receive the returned goods.
5. If there is no right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the costs of returning and re-sending.

1. We only deliver if both the delivery address and the billing address are within Switzerland. Delivery takes place from our distribution warehouse to the delivery address you provided. Delivery to PO box addresses, post offices and packing stations is excluded.
2. Orders with an order value of CHF 120.00 or more are free of shipping costs. If the order total of an order is less than this amount, we will charge the postal rates for A-Post shipping valid at the time of purchase. The order total is the subtotal minus all discounts.
3. Your order will typically be delivered within 2-15 business days. However, in exceptional situations there may be delays. Please note the delivery times for the individual products stated in the shop. Public holidays and public holidays within Switzerland also affect the delivery time of your order and lead to a postponement of delivery by two working days following the public holiday.
4. We are entitled to make partial deliveries to the address specified when placing the order if this is reasonable for you based on a consideration of your and our interests. In the case of partial deliveries, we will of course bear the resulting additional shipping costs. Partial deliveries are dispatched in accordance with §5.5 of these General Terms and Conditions. Upon receipt of each partial delivery, the risk for the delivered items passes to you. If we are in arrears with outstanding partial services or if outstanding partial services are not possible for us, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract as a whole or to demand compensation for non-fulfillment of the entire obligation whenever the partial delivery is of no interest to you.
5. You pay the stated price of the products you order and receive. Our deliveries are customs cleared and taxed.

1. Depending on the amount of your order and the balance of your customer account at www.wegotyou.ch, you will be offered a choice of the following payment options: Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
2. Purchase on account is not possible.
3. The means of payment are particularly restricted if the delivery address is different from the billing address.
4. Discounts or discount vouchers (e.g. a voucher with a discount code or a newsletter bonus) can only be redeemed under the terms and conditions advertised in each case. Multiple discounts and discount vouchers cannot be combined.
5. The purchase price is due upon complete delivery and will be charged to your account (depending on the payment option chosen) at the earliest possible date.
6. The benefits and risks are transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the carrier. If the customer defaults on acceptance, the risk of accidental loss, theft or accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the purchaser when they are ready for handover to the carrier.
7. The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made. If you behave in breach of contract, particularly in the event of late payment, we are entitled to take back the delivery item after setting a reasonable deadline; You are obliged to hand it over.

6 claims for defects

1. The product images do not always have to match the appearance of the products delivered. In particular, after manufacturers renew their product ranges, there may be changes in the appearance and features of the products. In particular, bottles may differ in color and/or shape from the image. There are no claims for defects if the changes are reasonable for the customer.
2. If the goods are defective, we will ensure subsequent performance within a reasonable period of time, ie either a replacement delivery or the elimination of the defects. If the supplementary performance you have chosen is only possible with disproportionate costs, we are entitled to provide supplementary performance in the other form. The expenses required for subsequent performance will be borne by us. If we are unable to provide subsequent performance, you have the right, at your discretion, to cancel the purchase with a deduction of delivery and processing costs or a reduction in the purchase price.
3. Defective goods must be returned to us unless you have decided to reduce the purchase price.
4. Further or competing statutory warranty claims are expressly excluded.
5. The delivered products must be checked for completeness and defects. Incorrect deliveries, shortages and defects must be reported in writing within three days of delivery. Defects that are not recognizable with normal care and are only discovered later must be reported in writing within eight days of discovery. If a complaint is not made in a timely manner, the delivered products are considered approved and all warranty claims are excluded.

1. Compensation for damages due to breach of an obligation arising from the contractual relationship must be paid under the legal requirements. Liability for consequential damage caused by defects is excluded. The same applies to claims for damages based on the Federal Product Liability Act. All instructions on the packaging and inserts must be observed. No liability is assumed for any application and/or handling that deviates from this.

   All personal data is treated confidentially
   All credit card data entries are entered directly into the system of the respective card company and can neither be read nor saved by us.
   Switzerland is listed by the Federal Data Protection Commissioner in the “List of States That Have Appropriate Data Protection Legislation” maintained in accordance with Swiss data protection law (Art. 6 Para. 1 DSG).

1. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time. These are available at any time in their current version on wegotyou.ch.
2. Swiss law applies to our customers in Switzerland. For customers residing abroad, the sales law of the country in which the customer usually resides applies.
