CHARACTERISTICS:

The essential oil of field mint is obtained from the plant Mentha arvensis from the Labiatae family. It is harvested during the flowering period and distilled using the steam process. The essential oil has a fresh, menthol-containing, herbaceous scent with a sweet, balsamic nuance.

Regenerating: Promotes concentration and helps with insomnia and general fatigue; has disinfectant, antiseptic, digestive and anti-inflammatory properties.

Against nausea and nausea: promotes relief from nausea and nausea thanks to its calming properties. Also effective against motion sickness.

Astringent: Used as a facial toner to cleanse the skin. Useful in treating acne, congested skin, eczema and skin conditions.

Used as a room scent, it exudes a pleasant, fresh scent that has an expectorant, disinfectant and calming effect.

SUITABLE FOR COSMETIC USE

APPLICATION:

* As a room scent: To purify the room air, add 1 drop of essential oil for each square meter of the room in an essential oil aroma lamp or in the water of the radiator humidifier.

* Calming solution (motion sickness): To combat car and sea sickness, apply a few drops of essential oil to a cotton ball and smell it from time to time while driving.

* Cleansing mask: Mix 5 drops of essential oil with a mixture of green clay (1 tablespoon), a little warm water and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil. Apply the mask to a damp face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse off.
