Birch Essential Oil 10ml (OS29)

CHARACTERISTICS:

Birch essential oil is obtained from Betula alba, a plant in the Betulaceae family. It is known for its numerous properties and has a draining and strengthening effect on the circulatory and lymphatic systems.

Anti-inflammatory: The circulation-promoting effect is used for arthritis, arthrosis, rheumatism and sciatica, as it directs the blood into the uppermost layers of skin by warming it and relieves inflammation in the layers below by removing blood.

Draining: Prevents vein problems and circulatory disorders in heavy legs, swelling, edema and lymphatic stagnation. Its diuretic effect promotes the excretion of excess fluid and significantly reduces the sticky and painful component. The oil is therefore indicated in the presence of cellulite and obesity.

Antiseptic: With its cleansing effect, indicated for revitalizing oily hair or dandruff as well as oily or impure skin.

Healing: Excellent remedy for dermatological problems, against eczema and psoriasis.

SUITABLE FOR COSMETIC USE

APPLICATION:

* As a room scent: Add 1 drop of essential oil for each square meter of the room in an essential oil aroma lamp or in the water of the radiator humidifier.

* Anti-cellulite lotion: dilute 10 drops of birch essential oil in 100 ml of sweet almond oil, along with 5 drops of rosemary oil and 5 drops of lemon essential oil. Apply a small amount of the lotion to your legs once a day and massage from bottom to top for 10 minutes.

* Soothing lotion: Add 5 drops of birch essential oil to 50 ml of shea butter with 5 drops of lavender essential oil. Massage the affected area until the lotion is completely absorbed.

* Hair tonic: Add a few drops of essential oil to a neutral shampoo. Effective for oily or flaky scalp.

* Cleansing mask (for acne-prone skin): Mix 1-2 drops with a tablespoon of green clay, a little warm water, 5 drops of laurel essential oil and 2 drops of rosemary essential oil. Apply the mask to a damp face and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse off.
