CHARACTERISTICS:

Scots pine essential oil is obtained from Pinus sylvestris, a plant in the Pinaceae family. It is known for its numerous properties and has an invigorating, expectorant and antiseptic effect. Useful for stress, asthma and cystitis.

Invigorating: helps to feel productive immediately after waking up; indicated to reduce fatigue in cases of fatigue or stress as well as sleep disorders.

Expectorant: When inhaled, it liquefies mucus and makes it easier to cough up. It is therefore used for colds, sinusitis, flu, coughs, laryngitis and flu syndromes. The fresh, balsamic scent helps purify the air in the rooms.

Antirheumatic: may be useful for gout and rheumatism.

SUITABLE FOR COSMETIC USE

APPLICATION:

* As a room scent: To purify the air, add 1 drop of essential oil for each square meter of the room in an essential oil aroma lamp or in the water of the radiator humidifier.

* Anti-rheumatism and cold ointment: For bronchitis and blocked nasal passages, mix 10 drops in a neutral cream, massage into the chest three times a day and cover with a warm woolen cloth. If you have gout or rheumatism, massage the affected area.

WARNING:

Not suitable for consuming. Contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 5 years. If skin irritation occurs, use should be avoided. When high concentrations are used, sensitization may occur.
